Ajax DoorBell 4MP AI Video Doorbell – Graphite brings intelligent entrance video into the Ajax security ecosystem, combining a 4MP HDR camera, PIR motion sensing, built-in AI and two-way voice communication in a single video doorbell.

The camera can identify people, animals and vehicles, helping make motion events more useful than simple image-change alerts. Users can open the live stream in Ajax apps, speak with a visitor and review recorded video when an archive service is configured. HDR processing helps preserve useful detail across changing lighting conditions around the entrance.

DoorBell connects primarily over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. When paired with a compatible Ajax hub, Jeweller and Wings can provide a backup communication channel for security events if Wi-Fi is unavailable. Recorded footage can be stored on an Ajax NVR on the same network or in Ajax Cloud Storage where the relevant subscription is active; DoorBell does not use a microSD card for local archive storage.

A permanent wired power supply is required: Ajax specifies 12–24 V DC or 16–24 V AC. The internal rechargeable battery is intended to maintain operation for short interruptions rather than replace the wired supply. This makes DoorBell best suited to a planned entrance installation where power and Wi-Fi coverage can be provided reliably.
