Description
This product is an extremely flat 16 mm LED driver featuring 24 V output voltage and is compatible with the Loox5 generation plug system. It is designed specifically for 24 V consumers with the Loox plug system and includes one output port: a Loox5 2-pin 24 V box-to-box socket. It should not be used or installed with a main dimmable wall switch. The driver operates at a mains frequency of 50–60 Hz and includes power factor correction (PFC) for improved efficiency. With an ambient temperature range of -25 to 45 °C, this version also features overload protection for added safety and reliability.
Installation is done via screw fixing, and it’s essential to provide sufficient air supply and circulation at the mounting location, as well as an inspection opening. The unit supports a parallel connection on the secondary side circuit and has an impressive efficiency of 88% at both 115 V and 230 V full load. At no load, power consumption is minimal—0.08 W at 115 V and 0.15 W at 230 V. The unit weighs 182.00 g and comes in a black finish. It delivers an output current of 1.67 A and is covered by the Häfele Lifetime Guarantee for 7 years. Please note, the Loox C7 mains lead must be ordered separately.
