The Aico 600 Series Ei630IRF heat detector is a battery-powered fire alarm designed to activate when temperatures reach 58°C. It uses a fast-response, highly accurate thermostat to provide reliable heat detection while reducing the risk of false alarms. Because it is triggered by heat rather than smoke, it is ideal for kitchens and garages.

This model is an upgraded version of the Aico Ei630i and features a sealed, tamperproof lithium battery with a 10-year lifespan. It also includes a built-in RadioLINK+ module, allowing multiple Aico alarms to be wirelessly interconnected without additional wiring.

RadioLINK+ enables easy data extraction from the alarm, including event logs and fault reports. Installation is quick and simple thanks to the twist-on base and supplied fixings. The alarm only activates once connected to the base, helping to preserve battery life before installation.

The Ei630IRF also uses Aico’s award-winning AudioLINK technology. Through the AudioLINK+ app, users can access real-time data on a mobile device. The app provides clear reports on alarm activations, testing history, and sensor status.

Aico’s SmartLINK Gateway is fully backwards compatible with all RadioLINK+ devices. When connected, it allows users to remotely access detailed alarm data through an online portal using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. The gateway uses a data roaming SIM and can send real-time alerts via email or SMS, without requiring access to the property.
