At Evolution (Electronics & Electrical), we make getting your supplies simple and reliable. We offer fast delivery across the UK and free Click & Collect from our West London store at 398 Harrow Road, W9. Whether you’re a trade professional or a DIY customer, you can count on us for efficient service and fair delivery terms.
Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery (2–5 working days) – £16.00 + VAT
Next Day Delivery (large parcels) – £20.50 + VAT

Free Next Day Delivery – orders over £350.00 + VAT
Click & Collect – FREE (Mon–Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm)
Collect from our shop in West London. Please wait for your confirmation email before travelling. You’re also welcome to call ahead to check your items are ready to avoid waiting.
Important Information:
Orders placed before 1:00pm (Mon–Thu) qualify for next day delivery.
Orders placed Fri–Sun are delivered the next working day.
Deliveries take place between 7:30am – 6:00pm and require a signature.
All deliveries are insured until signed for.
If you are unavailable, a card will be left with details on how to rearrange delivery. Missed deliveries are not eligible for a refund of delivery charges.
Next day delivery is subject to stock availability, cleared funds, and address verification.
Deliveries cannot be left in safe places or sent to addresses other than the one provided at checkout.
Missing, Wrong or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please Contact Us immediately on the day of receipt. You may also check the courier’s tracking details with your delivery number. If the issue remains unresolved, our team will investigate.
All items dispatched by our Warehouse Team are checked and monitored by CCTV, so we can verify what has happened with your consignment. Where errors are confirmed, we’ll ship replacement or missing items as soon as possible.
Please note: claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.
