Refund & Returns Policy — Evolution (Electronics & Electrical)

At Evolution (Electronics & Electrical), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a clear 14-day returns policy for most items.


14-Day Returns Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.


How to Return an Item

  3. Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. Once processed, it may take additional time for your bank to post the funds.

  • Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Our warehouse team checks all orders carefully, but CCTV monitoring is also in place to help us resolve claims quickly.


Exclusions

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Cut-to-length cable or customised products

  • Clearance or special-order items


Trade Customers

Trade account customers are covered by this policy, though in some cases we may offer replacement stock credit instead of a direct refund. This will be confirmed when you contact us.
