Description

The Loox5 Aluminium Profile 2103/2104 is designed for concealed fixing and locking into a mounting bracket. This ensures a sleek and secure LED strip installation. Made from high-quality aluminium with a polycarbonate diffuser, the profile features an 11mm wide diffuser. It ensures uniform light distribution and hides LED points when using strips with 120 LEDs/m or more. The surface-mounted white opal diffuser provides 70-80% light transmittance. Alternative diffusers in black opal or transparent can be ordered separately. The profile is for screw fixing with a mounting clip and supports LED strips up to 8mm wide. Installation requires a clean, grease-free, and dust-free surface to ensure proper bonding to the LED strips.

The product is backed by Hafele’s 7-year Lifetime Guarantee. This gives peace of mind for domestic use. For commercial environments, the standard 12-month guarantee applies. Note that end caps and mounting brackets are sold separately. Retaining clips should be spaced no more than 500mm apart.

What you also need

An aluminium profile protects the strip, sinks heat so the LEDs last longer, and its diffuser removes the visible dots. Match the internal width to your strip and allow for end caps at each end of the run.
