This metal enclosure is made of high-quality, powder-coated 1.2mm galvanized steel, offering exceptional durability and protection. With dimensions of 400mm x 600mm x 200mm and an IP65 rating, it is designed to withstand harsh conditions. The seams are continuously welded and ground smooth, ensuring a robust and clean finish. The double-bent panel increases rigidity, while the seamless poured-in-place gasket provides a tight seal. The enclosure features an anti-vibration ground strap with hardware and anti-vibration flange nuts for added stability. A large door bend and door rails further enhance rigidity and provide extra mounting capability. The 2mm galvanized steel mounting panel includes adjustable panel depth adjusters. A large drip shield offers additional protection for the contents, and the ball bearing hinge pins are easily removable for maintenance. The quarter-turn lock ensures easy access to the contents while maintaining security.
