Do you want to return or exchange something? No problem!

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is still unopened and is in its original packaging. The item which you wish to return or exchange will be carefully inspected upon its return to our store. That is why we ask you to please take care of the item you wish to return or exchange whilst it is in your possession. Please inform us first within the time frames mentioned below before sending anything back.

Following the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 working days of receipt (working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Please return the good(s) immediately in an ‘as new’ unopened and unassembled condition and in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, etc. and free gifts received with it along with your proof of purchase. The product must not have been used, have any blemishes, be installed or had any data entered.

Our Returns Policy specifically excludes the following:

  • Products that come in blister packs or other types of see-through packaging, which have been opened, as these will be deemed used
  • Testing Meters, Satellite Meters
  • Custom made items or any items that we have had to modify to your requirements
  • Products that have a warranty seal or security seal which has been broken
  • A product that has a missing serial number
  • The product is not in its original packaging and has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product

If you return a used or damaged item or an item with missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Goods are to be returned at your expense. It is your responsibility that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using a Courier that is insured, has a tracking number and is signed for. Furthermore, it is your responsibility that Goods are not damaged whilst in transit using transport arranged by you.

Once your return is received by us, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

Please note, delivery charges will not be refunded if you return only part of the order (e.g. you have ordered two items but only return one). If items are part of a set (e.g. satellite receiver, motor and dish bundle) items not returned from the bundle will be charged at normal individual prices. Evolution Electronics & Electrical Ltd. therefore reserves the right to raise an invoice in respect of any free or discounted bundles product not so returned.

We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.

Refunds are only carried out to the card from which payment was taken.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order up to 14 working days after the order has been placed.

Exchange and Return Instructions

If you wish to exchange or return any goods purchased from us, you may either bring the items to our store or Contact our Customer Services Team to inform us of an exchange or refund.

Faulty Goods

Our products carry a 12/24/36 month return to base warranty. Please refer to your product’s description for specifics on that information. We definitely understand that it’s an inconvenience if your purchased product becomes faulty. That is why we work hard and pride ourselves on providing you with a working replacement of the faulty item which we return to you as soon as possible. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault prior to replacing the product.

Please note that Refurbished items are sold with a 90 calendar day warranty only, and therefore any warranty claims after 90 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any incurring cost of Goods being returned. It is your responsibility that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using a Courier that is insured, has a tracking number and can be signed for. Furthermore, it is your responsibility that Goods are not damaged whilst in transit using transport arranged by you.

Where no fault is found, return delivery will be charged. We ask you to telephone us before sending a product back in order to determine the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered, please Contact Us immediately and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Damaged Items

When your goods are delivered, please check that the order is complete and not damaged. In the event that your order is visibly damaged, please do not accept the order and enter on the delivery note “Damaged” along with a brief description of how or where the item is damaged.

If the damage is found after opening the Goods, please Contact Us immediately.

Please Contact Us on the day the item is received with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, checked and verified to be damaged, we will then send out a new replacement.

Please note that in order for courier companies to accept liability for damage caused in transit, we must inform them of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inform us as soon as possible following delivery of the Goods. Any claims made after this time but within 3 days will be subject to our discretion and thereafter any such claims may be considered arbitrary.
