Description

The Expelair Simply Silent DX100PIRS Fan is designed for quiet, efficient operation with a square grille fascia and a 4″/100mm spigot. It includes an integral PIR proximity sensor that activates the fan when movement is detected, ensuring energy-efficient operation. With Ghost Air Movement technology, it offers quiet performance, with sound pressure levels ranging from 22-34 dB(A) at 3 meters. The fan has two speeds: 15 l/s and 21 l/s, with extract performance from 54 to 76 m3/h. It has an electrical power rating of 6.7/7.7 Watts and an IPX4 rating, making it ideal for wall, window, or ceiling mounting. The fan comes with a wall fixing kit that includes an outer grille, telescopic wall tube, gasket, and foam strips. The DX100PIRS meets Part F and L regulations, ensuring it meets the required ventilation standards.
