Ajax JunctionBox 118×59 CCTV Camera Mounting Box – Black is a waterproof Ajax camera mounting box designed to protect cable connections and create a cleaner, more serviceable CCTV installation. The 118 × 59 mm enclosure includes a PG21 cable gland and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Ajax specifies JunctionBox (118×59) for BulletCam, DomeCam Mini and TurretCam. It provides a protected location for cable joints and excess wiring at the camera position and is particularly useful where connectors would otherwise be exposed. Camera sold separately.

Ajax JunctionBox 118×59 CCTV Camera Mounting Box – Black is a waterproof Ajax camera mounting box designed to protect cable joints and keep the finished CCTV installation neat and serviceable.

Using a dedicated mounting box avoids leaving connectors exposed behind or beside the camera and provides a known location for future service access. It is particularly useful on external walls or solid surfaces where cable joints cannot easily be recessed into the building.

The enclosure is waterproof and includes a PG21 cable gland for protected cable entry. Ajax specifies JunctionBox (118×59) for BulletCam, DomeCam Mini and TurretCam, so it should be treated as a model-specific accessory rather than a universal CCTV junction box.

JunctionBox can be used indoors or outdoors and includes the required mounting provisions for the supported cameras. The camera itself is supplied separately. Before ordering, check the exact camera family against Ajax compatibility guidance, especially when working with newer HL, HLVF or Superior camera ranges.

Choosing the right Ajax model

The main benefit of JunctionBox is installation quality rather than camera performance. It gives Ethernet, power and other connections a protected serviceable space instead of leaving connectors exposed behind the camera.
